Holly C. Hecker
A cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1986, Holly served as the Senior Pro Se Staff Attorney for the United States District Court for the Western District of New York before returning to private practice several years ago. Holly has served on the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Bureau in Buffalo and is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations and the Women Lawyers of Western New York. She is also a member of the Western New York Chapter of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York, where, as a self-described computer geek, she served as Chair of the Newsletter Committee (1992-1996) and Chair of the Internet Committee (1996-2003). Holly taught research and writing at Buffalo Law School, as well as courses at SUNY Buffalo Women's Studies College and Millard Fillmore College. Holly focuses her practice on constitutional law, personal injury, and toxic tort matters, with an emphasis on motion and appellate practice.
